The City of San Luis Business Incubator is a 20,000 S.F. facility located in the San Luis Industrial Park. The Business Incubator has seven suites ranging from 1,400 square feet to 4,200 square feet for both start-up and expanding businesses focused in light industrial activities. The Business Incubator offers an annual lease or 3-year lease business support program for qualifying applicants.
